All tickets sold/for this event are NON-Refundable. In the event that this event is cancelled there is no guarantee for refunds. Instead we will offer a ticket voucher or try and reschedule the event. Date/Time/Activities/Prizes/Games/Inclusions subject to change without notice. Line up, talent and event activities subject to change. EJB management reserves the right to make all final decisions. You are liable for all damages you may cause at an EJB event and that gets billed to EJB will be passed along to whoever causes the damage. EJB is not liable for any injuries that are caused at an EJB event. EJB is not liable for any lost or stolen items you bring to an EJB event. Enter at your own risk. All tickets that are described to include open bar with free drinks or food can be limited by EJB/Event management without notice. Bar drinks are Beer/Wine/Soda. Ticket holders may bring their own beverages as well. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. If a ticket price increases once sold, management reserves the right two bill attendees the extra amount or cancel their ticket price if supply is limited. If EJB oversells a ticket package, you will be contacted to switch your ticket to a ticket of reasonable equal value, or refunded the difference of the higher ticket package and have your ticket transferred to the next best available. This can be done at anytime and without notice. If purchasing a VIP ticket, all guests in your party that want to receive the benefits must have a VIP ticket purchased or you may buy out the table. By purchasing a ticket/coming to the event, you waive your legal rights to hold EJB and any or all of our representatives liable. As seen in our terms and conditions, you also waive your right to sue EJB and agree to settle any disputes in mediation/arbitration.
